The GIBS Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme 2026 is a one-year paid development initiative by the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), aimed at empowering unemployed South African youth through real-world work experience and professional growth. Participants will gain hands-on exposure in a dynamic, innovative environment while developing critical workplace and interpersonal skills. The programme runs from January 2026 to January 2027 and offers valuable career-building opportunities in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in all assigned tasks and projects within GIBS
• Gain hands-on experience in a professional and dynamic work environment
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to organisational objectives
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• Engage in training and development activities to build essential workplace skills

Qualifications

• Minimum of a university degree or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 7)
• A major in Quantitative skills is advantageous
• Good English language skills (verbal and written)
