Description

The Graduate Technologist will provide technical and project support services under the supervision of a Section Manager. The role involves preparing and maintaining project documentation, assisting with technical drawings, coordinating with project teams and consultants, and contributing to the successful delivery of engineering and management projects. The incumbent will also identify areas for improvement, ensure quality standards are met, and stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas for improvement in projects and processes
• Stay updated with technological and industry developments
• Prepare and maintain high-quality project documentation and drawings
• Participate in technical discussions and project meetings
• Record and distribute meeting minutes

Qualifications

• Education: National Diploma or BTech in a relevant field
• Experience: 0–3 years post-qualification
• Strong documentation and time management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Professionalism and accountability
• Eagerness to learn and grow
