Description

The HRD Intern supports the Human Resource Development function by designing, automating, and managing digital systems and databases that improve training and reporting efficiency. The role involves developing Power Platform applications, managing SharePoint databases, and creating Power BI dashboards to analyze learning and development data. The intern will assist with eLearning administration, data validation, and process automation while supporting BBBEE and Skills Development reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions for HRD workflows
  • Create and manage SharePoint databases and Power BI dashboards
  • Collect, clean, and validate HRD system data
  • Support BBBEE and Skills Development reporting
  • Administer and monitor eLearning systems (LMS)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, Business IT, or Industrial Engineering (Data-focused)
  • Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Power BI, and SQL for data analysis
  • Ability to design, automate, and manage HRD systems, SharePoint databases, and eLearning workflows
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
