The Graduate Business Analyst plays a key supporting role within the Business Analysis team. You will assist in evaluating business operations, processes, and systems to identify improvement opportunities. Working closely with senior analysts and stakeholders, you’ll help gather requirements, analyze data, and contribute to projects that drive business transformation. Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements
• Participate in stakeholder meetings, interviews, and requirement workshops
• Support the translation of business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Gather and analyze operational data to identify performance trends and improvement areas
• Support the preparation of analytical reports, dashboards, and visual presentations using tools such as Excel or Power BI
• Assist in mapping current business processes and workflows
• Document use cases, user stories, and process improvements accurately and clearly

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field
