Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned tasks and projects on time, meeting quality and performance standards
• Support the IT division by contributing innovative ideas to improve systems, processes, and service delivery
• Participate in knowledge-sharing, training, and mentorship sessions to enhance technical and business skills
• Develop an understanding of world-class service delivery to both internal and external clients
• Build constructive relationships with colleagues, mentors, and key internal stakeholders
• Assist in achieving the business unit’s transformation and sustainability goals by participating in Nedbank’s culture-building and corporate social responsibility initiatives
• Research, recommend, and support the implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives

Qualifications

• BCom Information Systems, or BSc Computer Science / Mathematics / Statistics, or an equivalent qualification
