Responsibilities

• Co-design with teams, build and scale solutions that improve efficiency and ROAI
• Work directly with teams across Ninety One to identify and deliver technology
• Use cases that drive measurable business value
• Create and maintain solution accelerators, component libraries, connectors, and DevOps pipelines that can be adopted and adapted by teams Assist in maintaining governance and security standards to enable safe, sustainable innovation Foster a culture of learning, improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team
