Record customer transactions on the Dis-Chem operating system according to company policies & standard operating procedures, with zero tolerance toward inaccuracies & elimination of fraud risk.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the till point
• Maintain professional relationships with customers
• Handle customer complaints and compliments appropriately
• Process all transactions accurately and efficiently
• Manage cash flow and ensure drop safes are used correctly
• Process loyalty cards and partner rewards programs
• Ensure all items are scanned and paid for before leaving the store

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric
