Sourceworx is launching a strategic initiative to build internal AI capacity. As an AI Intern, you will be part of a dynamic team working on AI-focused projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and automation. This internship offers hands-on experience with Microsoft AI Fundamentals and Agent Development and is ideal for recent graduates looking to apply their training in a real-world setting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in internal AI-focused projects aligned with Sourceworx’s AI Strategy
• Complete Microsoft AI Fundamentals and Agent Development training modules
• Collaborate with team members to apply machine learning and deep learning concepts
• Present learnings and project outcomes to the team
• Contribute to the development and testing of AI-driven solutions
• Engage in regular check-ins and feedback sessions with mentors and project leads

Qualifications

• Recent graduate of an AI-related training programme (certification required)
• Based in Johannesburg or surrounding areas
• Strong foundational understanding of AI concepts
• Willingness to learn and contribute to team-based projects
• Must complete an AI-focused aptitude and personality assessment via TestGorilla
