Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Intern, you will provide administrative support and assist in key HR functions, including file audits, employee engagement, and training and development. You will also gain hands-on exposure to various HR processes, such as payroll, recruitment, and employee growth initiatives. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience and deep insights into HR operations, preparing you for a dynamic career in human resources.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring proper filing of HR paperwork (digital and physical)
  • Maintaining and updating employee records
  • Coordinating onboarding processes for new hires
  • Ensuring accurate payroll input and that it is submitted on time
  • Providing administrative support to the HR department on the release of adverts, shortlisting, and setting interviews
  • Assisting in organizing training sessions and workshops
  • Preparing training materials and tracking attendance

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • National Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
