As part of the Advisors & Consulting Services (ACS) team, graduates work on high-impact projects that help Mastercard’s clients solve complex strategic, operational, and data-driven challenges. This programme offers a unique opportunity to build consulting expertise, sharpen analytical capabilities, and gain deep insights across industries such as financial services, retail, telecoms, hospitality, and more

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of consulting engagements across various industries
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, business challenges, and growth opportunities
• Assist in developing client recommendations based on data, market insights, and strategic frameworks
• Communicate findings clearly through presentations, reports, and client discussions
• Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders
• Participate in virtual and in-person meetings to present insights and progress updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree with graduation expected between Nov 2025 and Aug 2026
