Starting 1 December 2025, the Boxer Graduate Programme provides a one-year structured learning experience in partnership with the Wholesale and Retail SETA (W&R SETA). The programme is designed to give graduates hands-on exposure, professional development, and the opportunity to contribute to important projects across multiple business areas. Available Disciplines (5 Positions):. Occupational Health & Safety (OHS). Business Administration. Sustainability / Environmental Studies

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational activities within your allocated department
• Contribute to data capturing, analysis, and report generation
• Support process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Apply your theoretical knowledge to real-world retail business scenarios
• Participate in OHS inspections, administrative projects, or sustainability-related tasks based on your discipline
• Receive structured training aligned to the W&R SETA programme
• Engage in workshops, mentoring sessions, and on-the-job learning
• Gain exposure to Boxer’s retail operations, policies, and governance structures

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in one of the following:
• Occupational Health & Safety
• Business Administration
• Sustainability / Environmental Studies
