We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our fast-paced team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in two critical areas: Procurement and Fleet Management. You will be immersed in the core of our operations, supporting vendor management, process optimization, and fleet coordination, all while developing the skills to resolve real-world business challenges

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update vendor databases, contracts, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support the onboarding of new vendors, including collection and verification of all required documentation (e

• , BBBEE credentials)
• Assist in the collection and analysis of supplier performance data, including delivery times, quality, and pricing trends
• Contribute to BBBEE audit preparation and other compliance reporting
• Help prepare reports and presentations that summarize findings and highlight improvement opportunities for stakeholders
• Assist in preparing reports on fleet utilization, cost efficiency, and key performance metrics
• Coordinate with external vendors for vehicle servicing, repairs, and insurance renewals

Qualifications

• A completed or in-progress BCom, BSc, or BTech degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Logistics, or a related field
