Our Finance Graduate Internship offers young professionals the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced finance environment while building a strong foundation for a long-term career. This 12-month paid internship is designed to provide practical exposure to key financial functions. Interns will work alongside experienced finance professionals, gaining real-world skills in bookkeeping, reporting, reconciliations, audits, and financial administration. The programme includes mentorship and development opportunities aligned with industry standards

Responsibilities

• Assist Bookkeepers with creditor processes
• Assist with month-end journals, reconciliations, financial reporting schedules, support tax-related reconciliations including VAT, EMP returns, and income tax calculations
• Work with the Procurement team on cost approvals, documentation control, supplier records, and participate in variance analysis and cost-saving initiatives
• Handle daily canteen cash-ups and ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting
• Participate in stock counts, asset registers, and verification exercises

Qualifications

• Completed 3-year Diploma or Degree in Finance (from a public tertiary institution)
