Premier Corporate is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Graduate Marketing candidate to join our Marketing Team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about brand building, campaign execution and digital engagement within the South African FMCG and corporate environment. As part of the team, you will contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns, assist with project management of product innovation initiatives, and support the organisation’s TTL (Through-the-Line) impact by gathering data, compiling case studies and producing insightful reports. You will work closely with various internal teams and external stakeholders, applying Premier’s values while building the foundation for a successful marketing career

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple audiences
• Assist in the planning, organisation and coordination of marketing activities to ensure timely and efficient execution
• Contribute to product innovation projects through research, idea generation and project administration
• Collect, analyse and organise campaign performance data, creating reports and case studies that highlight campaign outcomes and learnings
• Assist in monitoring and celebrating TTL impact through tracking tools and evaluation frameworks
• Provide general administrative support to the Premier Marketing team, including document preparation, meeting coordination and database updates
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless workflow and alignment
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing creative ideas and insights into market trends

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, Advertising or a related field
