Our client is seeking a hands-on Automation & AI Developer who can design, build, and maintain advanced automation workflows and intelligent AI agents. You will work with tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, Make, OpenAI, and various APIs to connect data, automate processes, and create intelligent agents that support real-world business functions. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents and automation workflows
• Integrate systems using APIs or low-code/no-code tools (HubSpot, Zapier, Make, OpenAI, etc
• )
• Build automation logic for marketing, sales, and operational processes
• Research, test, and implement new AI tools and frameworks to improve performance
• Own and optimise HubSpot architecture, pipelines, and automation rules
• Build workflows for lead management, nurturing, scoring, and lifecycle processes
• Develop dashboards and reporting systems with automated insights
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to identify automation opportunities
• Document processes and maintain internal knowledge bases
