The position is full‑time, permanent, fully remote within South Africa, with a competitive salary of up to ZAR 400,000, 33 days paid leave, and benefits

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate cross‑team projects by tracking progress, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery
• Partner directly with sports organisations and global brands to support solutions enhanced by automation and data insights
• Explore and experiment with emerging tools such as AI, automation, and low/no‑code platforms to improve collaboration and project delivery
• Prototype and recommend scalable solutions that simplify and enhance daily operations
• Help build and refine processes to improve efficiency in client and internal operations
• Stay updated on AI, automation, and productivity trends to drive innovation

Qualifications

• Recent or soon‑to‑be graduate with a genuine interest in technology, innovation, and problem‑solving
• Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn how systems work and how to improve them
• Excitement about AI and automation, even at an introductory level
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to take initiative and work independently
• Organised and analytical, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and communicate them clearly
• Clear and confident communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams
