In this role, you’ll develop Power BI dashboards and apply data science techniques to track and visualize innovation concepts as they progress from ideation to implementation. As a key member of the innovation team, you will support the management and advancement of innovation initiatives by providing actionable analytics and compelling data visualizations. Your work will directly inform decision-making and help drive the success of new ideas across the organization. You’ll collaborate with diverse stakeholders, learn from experienced mentors, and develop both technical and business skills. The internship is designed as a minimum 12-month program, offering structured learning, exposure to the full innovation lifecycle, and the chance to make a tangible impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to visualize innovation funnel metrics and project progress
• Collect, clean, and analyze data related to innovation activities, ensuring accuracy and relevance
• Support the tracking and reporting of innovation concepts from ideation through to implementation
• Collaborate with innovation team members and stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver insights
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to team members and leadership in a clear, engaging manner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• Foundational knowledge of Power BI (or similar data visualisation tools)
• Experience with data analysis tools (e
