Description

The AVBOB Member Value Rewards Internship is a 12-month programme for unemployed South African graduates (18–35) in North West . Interns will support branch operations by delivering professional customer service, handling client inquiries, resolving or escalating complaints, maintaining client records, and providing product support. The role also involves analysing client feedback, identifying service trends, and recommending improvements. Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Marketing, or Business Administration) and demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a positive and professional client service experience to branch customers
  • Manage client inquiries at branches and documenting activities and outcomes
  • Escalate customer complaints or complex queries to supervisors and branch managers in a timely manner
  • Provide clients with technical assistance on products and services offered by AVBOB Member Value
  • Build positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes
  • Maintain client records and documenting processes

Qualifications

  • Financial Degree or
