Description

On the Dot, a subsidiary of Novus Holdings in Gauteng, currently requires the services of a Debtors Clerk. We seek to appoint a dynamic and energetic individual to assume responsibility as Debtors Clerk, reporting to the Debtors Team Lead.

Responsibilities

• Capture data on the debtors’ system;
• Follow up and report daily on outstanding documentation required from relevant departments (eg sales) to meet deadlines;
• Prepare and capture journals
• Matching of claims to credit notes
• Requesting pods and credit notes from the branches

Qualifications

• Grade 12
