Responsibilities

• We will be running a 2025/2026 Internship Programme for an HR Shared Services Graduate which will run for 12 months, based in Centurion or Cape Town, South Africa
• This is a hybrid office role
• The Internship is for those who have completed their studies or currently completing their post graduate
• The program will provide exceptional Human Resources students with a passion for people processes and excellent customer service an opportunity to be trained and mentored by our very skilled team
• The internship programme will provide you with a structured and monitored workplace experience gained through exposure and interactions within a real work environment
• We are looking for passionate, motivated and creative people who want to be part of something bigger than themselves and work with like-minded people to make their mark and gain valuable real-world work experience

Qualifications

• South African ID
• Completed your degree in the related field (Human Resources, Industrial Psychology)
• Fluent in English
• You will need a concise CV (including a cover letter)
• You will need to provide your Academic Transcripts
• You will need to have enthusiasm and motivation to grow/learn
