Description

A part-time learnership within the HRD division of a major chrome ore mine. The successful candidate will undergo training to become a qualified instrumentation mechanician, reporting to the HRD Officer. Appointment is conditional on meeting the company's employment standards, including certification of medical fitness as required by the Mine Health and Safety Act.

Responsibilities

• Focus on training to become a fitter
• Implying duties will involve practical and theoretical training in fitting and mechanical maintenance under supervision

Qualifications

• Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
• Must be medically fit as per the Mine Health and Safety Act 29/1996
• All relevant qualifications, certificates, and licenses must be certified by SAPS and included with the application
