A 12-month internship programme designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the Human Capital (HC) field through the practical application of theoretical knowledge. The graduate will work under the supervision of a registered Industrial Psychologist, gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions and contributing to projects that support the broader MMH environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer day-to-day operational and administrative tasks for the HC team
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Participate in the talent lifecycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding
• Contribute to the development and delivery of HR training programs
• Maintain accurate HR records and databases
• Collaborate on various HR projects and initiatives
• Conduct research and other project work during the internship

Qualifications

• Qualifications:
• Degree (NQF 7) in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management (Essential)
• Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in human resources or a relevant field (Advantageous)
• Registration as a Psychometrist or Industrial Psychologist (Advantageous)
• Experience: 0 - 1 year of experience in an HR role
