Description

A two-year structured graduate programme for Social Sciences graduates. The first year involves a placement within the FCC Human Capital team, focusing on employee experience, learning & development, and diversity initiatives. The second year offers rotational experiences across various business units within the FirstRand Group (like RMB and FNB) to apply social sciences principles to strategic business projects and understand how they drive business value.

Qualifications

• Education: A Postgraduate degree (Honours or Master's) in Social Sciences or a related field (eg, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Political Science, Development Studies) from an accredited institution
• Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
