Alaris Antennas, a leading South African company specializing in advanced Electronic Warfare (EW) antennas and antenna systems, is offering a 12-month paid internship for talented Electronic and Mechanical Engineering graduates. This program provides hands-on experience working on real-world engineering projects, mentorship from industry experts, and opportunities to develop practical skills that enhance career prospects. Interns will gain exposure to cutting-edge technology, work in a collaborative environment, and receive a certificate of completion upon successful completion of the program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, testing, and development of antenna and antenna system projects
• Apply engineering principles to solve real-world problems under guidance from senior engineers
• Participate in team projects, collaborating with other engineers and departments
• Support documentation, reporting, and analysis of project results
• Continuously learn and develop technical skills through hands-on experience and mentorship

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student (2025) in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum academic average of 70%; postgraduate qualifications are a plus
• South African citizen
• Strong teamwork, analytical thinking, innovation, and self-motivation skills
• Submission of CV, Motivation Letter, Academic Transcript, and Matric Certificate; suitable score on psychometric assessment (shortlisted candidates only)
