A 12-month unemployed learnership opportunity is available in Bloemfontein for Trainee Financial Advisers at Absa Bank, seeking candidates with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Law. The program aims to enhance practical skills through structured training, where participants will engage in workplace activities, customer support, and administration, while adhering to compliance standards. Applicants should possess a National Senior Certificate and preferably an FSCA-approved qualification and Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5). Responsibilities

• Participate fully in all workplace activities aligned to your development objectives
• Attend and engage in all training interventions as agreed
• Provide assistance to customers and your team to ensure ongoing performance

• Actively work leads efficiently to achieve agreed strike rates and productivity measures

Qualifications

• Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Accounting required
• National Senior Certificate is required
