Western Cape is offering a 12-month Unemployed Learnership for Trainee Financial Advisers with Absa Bank, based in Cape Town. Candidates should possess a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Law, and are expected to engage in structured training and on-the-job tasks to develop their financial services skills. Key responsibilities include adhering to operational standards, providing customer support, and achieving sales targets. Preference will be given to applicants holding an FSCA-approved qualification and the RE5 exam. The application deadline is December 16, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Participate fully in all workplace activities aligned to your development objectives
• Attend and engage in all training interventions as agreed
• Provide assistance to customers and your team to ensure ongoing performance
• Complete all required administrative tasks, including tracking and reporting
• Actively work leads efficiently to achieve agreed strike rates and productivity measures

Qualifications

• Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Accounting required
• National Senior Certificate is required
