Description

A 3-month internship within the global Client Support Services group for students graduating in 2027. The role involves working on post-sales engagements, providing operational support to Visa's clients (issuers, acquirers, processors, merchants), and participating in tasks such as transaction research, data entry, process improvement, and client analytics to ensure best-in-class service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine operational service and support inquiries from Visa client institutions
• Perform transactions and process research to analyze potential issues
• Complete accurate data entry and log service requests in CRM tools
• Work with cross-functional teams (Client Support Services, CMS) to resolve client issues
• Develop process improvement procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Analyze customer data to identify trends
• Participate in Client Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings for insights

Qualifications

• Education: Current students pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or IT
• Graduation Date: Must be graduating in December 2026
• Availability:
• Must be available for the 3-month internship from June 2026 to August 2026
• Must be available to join a full-time role by January 2027
• Skills & Attributes:
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Superior analytical and financial analysis skills
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Ability to articulate viewpoints effectively to stakeholders
• Self-confident, hands-on, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred: Exposure to the financial services/payments industry
