Fidelity Services Group – Helderkruin is seeking a Branch Administrator to manage and coordinate the administrative and operational functions of the branch. The role involves overseeing office operations, financial and HR administration, preparing management reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a background in Business Administration or Finance, strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all branch administrative activities
  • Office operations, including reception, filing, and correspondence
  • Handle financial administration such as, expense tracking, and reconciliations
  • Assist with HR functions including onboarding, leave management, and staff records
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Support branch staff and act as a liaison between head office and the branch

Qualifications

  • Background or qualification in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in administration or office management (branch-level experience advantageous)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
