Takealot Group, South Africa’s leading online Retail / Fashion / Delivery organisation, is looking for a highly talented Finance Analytics Graduate to join our team In Cape Town. The Graduate Programme will be split between all businesses within the Group, namely: takealot.com, TFS and Mr D.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and interpret financial and operational data to support business decision-making
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and provide clear insights
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal controls and financial policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and performance analysis
• Assist with process improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests as required

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
