To provide administrative and coordination support for learners across the business. This role ensures accurate record-keeping, effective learner support, and compliance with internal policies and legislative requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant learner records across all entities
• Support the onboarding and registration of new learners
• Track learner progress, attendance, assessments, and portfolio submissions
• Assist with learnership documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements
• Communicate effectively with learners and provide support with learnership-related queries and challenges

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Qualification in Management Assistant, Business Management, Human Resources, or related field (completed or in progress)
