Triton Academy is a TETA-accredited training provider offering courses in Freight Handling and Professional Driving to both staff and unemployed learners. These courses are designed to develop industry- and job-specific skills, empowering participants with the knowledge and competencies needed to excel in the logistics field. Training is available in Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape Town, and the Academy can also assist customers wherever possible with the same courses.

Responsibilities

• Picking/ Packing of stock
• Receiving/ Dispatching stock
• Loading and off-loading of goods from vehicle
• Preparing a vehicle for a trip
• Ensuring that goods are correctly stacked and secured on the vehicle
• Work with documentation
• Perform ancillary duties
• Delivery & Collection of Freight
• General Housekeeping

Qualifications

• Candidates must be South African citizens
• Grade 12/ TVET- N3/ NQF Level 2 qualification (Achieved 40% in Maths and English)
• Between the ages of 23 - 35 years
• Must be medically fit
• Must be able to read and write English
• Must be numerically orientated
• Must be prepared to work on weekends and shifts
• Clear criminal record
