Description

RCL Foods is looking for a Sales Representative to join its Baking Division. The role focuses on maintaining excellent customer service, increasing sales volumes, and growing market share. The position reports to the Divisional Sales Manager and is based in Stilfontein.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales budgets and volume targets
• Compile and implement monthly action plans, including a minimum of 4 product displays per month
• Follow a set weekly sales route and conduct regular customer visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store and regional managers

Qualifications

• Matric
• Degree in Sales, Management, or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in an FMCG environment
• Valid EB (Code 8) driver’s licence
