Bayport Financial Services is offering a 12-month learnership programme for the position of Corporate Financial Learner. This role involves assisting corporate employees in improving their overall financial well-being by evaluating their financial situations and providing consolidation and/or personal loan solutions. The learner will also be responsible for educating employees on the basic principles of good financial health and contributing to Bayport Financial Services' growth and profitability by offering Money Solutions products and services to corporate employees in line with Bayport's corporate strategy.
To be eligible for this learnership, applicants must have a Grade 12/Matric certificate, be currently unemployed, and not be enrolled in or attending an educational institution at the time of application. Candidates should be between the ages of 18 and 35 and must be South African citizens. Additionally, the role requires the ability to travel nationally and work flexible hours (upon reasonable request), as well as a passion and desire to assist people in financial distress.
