Description

We are seeking energetic, customer-focused Inbound and Outbound Call Centre Agents to join our team on a 3-month contract. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international contact centre environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with enquiries, product information, troubleshooting, and support
• Resolve customer issues within agreed timelines and escalate when necessary
• Log all interactions accurately on the system
• Conduct outbound customer calls for follow-ups, surveys, verifications, or sales-related campaigns
• Update customer information and ensure accurate record- Meet daily and weekly call targets and performance KPIs
• Deliver world-class customer service with a friendly, solution-focused approach
• Communicate clearly with international clients using a neutral, professional tone
• Handle difficult customers with patience and empathy while maintaining professionalism

Qualifications

• 6-12 months' Call Centre experience (Inbound, Outbound, or Blended)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English with a neutral accent - essential for handling international clients
• High computer literacy, with a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm and high accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and solid data-capturing ability
• Matric (Grade 12) - compulsory
• Clear criminal record - checks will be conducted
• Willing and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
