Description

Power Construction is offering a bursary opportunity for students currently studying toward a BSc, BEng, or National Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction. The bursary is aimed at supporting students interested in building a career in the civil construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Commit to the bursary agreement with Power Construction
• Work for the company for an agreed period after completion of studies
• Participate in career development opportunities within the civil construction environment
• Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and adaptability in challenging environments

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BSc or BEng in Civil Engineering OR National
• Diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction
• Must be studying at an accredited institution
• Must reside in Gouda, Saron, Tulbagh, or Porterville
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Proven leadership potential
• Willingness to travel or work in remote areas
• Driver’s license is advantageous
• Ability to speak multiple South African languages is advantageous
