Clover is seeking new talent for its Call Centre Learnership program. Successful applicants will spend the duration of the program at Clover's offices in Constantia Park (Roodepoort) and attend classes as prescribed. The program aims to provide individuals with the NQF qualification and experience in a world-class Call Centre. The program is open to applicants from the West Rand surrounding areas and individuals with a disability. Requirements include a Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4, completion of Grade 12 / Matric in the past five years, an average of 60% for English and Maths or Maths Literacy, computer literacy (Advanced), and being currently unemployed. Applicants must not have participated in a Learnership before. The program focuses on proactive, action-oriented, honesty, consistency, interpersonal effectiveness, commitment, motivation, collaboration, customer orientation, communication, numerical principles, and customer service.
