As a Process Trainee, you will be responsible for completing a development plan within six months, completing section-specific training, meeting performance standards, induction, legal training, maintaining good housekeeping, conducting behavioral-based safety observations, achieving plant licensing competency, maintaining good working relationships with coaches and mentors, keeping the training program up-to-date, adhering to the Code of Ethics, and participating in shift activities when needed. Minimum qualifications include a Matric with Maths and Science, N3 Pulp and Paper, or Relevant N3 Engineering Studies, no work experience, unemployed, aged 18-25, permanently residing within 50km, and attaching proof of residential address, RSA ID, and highest qualification.
