PathCare is a South African private practice partnership that has been helping doctors and healthcare professionals diagnoses since 1922. The PathCare Academy is seeking responsible individuals with a well-developed work ethic and responsiveness to customer needs to apply for their training program. Key competencies include a Grade 12 Matric, a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute, willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, effective teamwork, and concentration under pressure.
The competitive selection process includes a screening of applications, an online proficiency test, a typing skills assessment, and a panel interview. Only those who fully comply with application instructions, score highest in competitive testing and interview processes, and are considered most suitable will be selected for the data base.
This entry-level program is aimed at unemployed school leavers with excellent typing skills and interest in data capture training. Theoretical training will be offered at PathCare Academy, while practical training will be conducted at PathCare, N1 City Goodwood. Applicants should reside in Cape Town.
