This is a customer support role in The Cloud, primarily focusing on solving customer cases through various channels such as telephone, email, and web/live chat. The role involves applying advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions and drive customer interactions. AWS Support Engineers may also coach new hires, develop training, partner with development teams, participate in new hiring, write tools, and work with leadership on process improvement and strategic initiatives. Support engineers interested in travel have presented training or participated in focused summits across AWS sites or at specific events.
