The Technical Analyst is a key role within FNZ's Delivery team, providing consulting services to both new and existing customers. This role involves staying updated on local asset management industry trends, presenting FNZ capabilities, defining project scope, documenting customer business outcomes, providing business transformation and consultancy services, offering regulation advice, conducting customer training programs, collaborating with Delivery Managers, Solution Consultants, and Developers, conducting technical reviews, analyzing internal and external data, and providing solutions and verifying defects. The role requires individuals who are focused on perfection, solutions, and execution, can navigate complex problems, possess strong technology, analytical, and data interpretation skills, take ownership of outcomes on behalf of customers, and are comfortable with high levels of customer and stakeholder interaction and management.
The Transfer Agency Development team is responsible for providing high-value services to FNZ's existing and potential customers, including system configuration, updates, implementation of FNZ Solution processes, supporting sizing and implementing new projects, and carrying out consulting assignments. Specific roles include providing leadership and support for aligned FNZ client projects, working with customers to define propositions and product requirements, having a full understanding of the Target Operating Model, being an expert in the Model Wealth Solution, documenting bespoke customer requirements, providing training programs and consultancy services, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
