Qualifications for the position include 5+ years of experience as an SQL DBA, hands-on experience with SQL Server and other relational databases, experience with database backup and recovery, performance tuning, and security management, and SAP BASIS experience. Technical skills include proficiency in SQL and database query optimization, strong knowledge of database management systems, and scripting languages for automation. Soft skills include excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to database management.
Certifications (preferred but not mandatory) include Microsoft Certified Azure Database Administrator Associate and MySQL Database Administrator Certified Professional.
