Under the Provincial Roads Act 7 of 1998 and the Limpopo Province Roads Agency Proprietary Limited, the state-owned Roads Agency Limpopo (RAL) was founded as a provincial infrastructure delivery organization. RAL has been in charge of the planning, designing, building, maintaining, and managing the provincial road network in Limpopo since its founding in the 1999–2000 fiscal year. The organization is currently accepting applications for a Stakeholder Relations Management Internship, in which the chosen candidate will help with liaison work pertaining to road construction projects, create reports on initiatives for stakeholder management, set up meetings and record minutes, assist with marketing, communications, and public relations duties, and oversee event coordination. A bachelor's degree in social sciences, social development, community development, or development studies is required of candidates, as well as a national diploma in communications or public relations. Candidates must be citizens of South Africa, be between the ages of 18 and 35, have finished their tertiary education, and have a valid Matric certificate. Academic transcripts, identity documents, a thorough curriculum vitae, and an application letter are required for all applications. Candidates who have previously participated in an internship program run by a government agency or parastatal will not be considered, and applicants from Limpopo will be given preference. After background screening, which will include inquiries about RSA citizenship, criminal histories, and qualifications, only those individuals who make the short list will be contacted.
