The Learner role is a development role where the incumbent completes a formal qualification while gaining work experience. They are responsible for delivering tasks to execute predefined work objectives, such as research, analysis, administration, process, and project work. Additional work-related training is provided as needed. The Learner contributes to cost efficiencies, optimizes work through learning experiences, ensures operational excellence, engages in activities for personal development, delivers customer service, and contributes to teamwork.
