Marsh McLennan, a global leader in insurance broking and risk management solutions, is offering a 12-month Learnership Programme for Matriculants to kickstart their careers. The programme, which is a fixed-term contract, provides young individuals with the opportunity to study and receive on-the-job training. The program offers a great working culture, a qualification at the end of the 12 months (Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance), and a monthly stipend for the duration of the Learnership Programme.
Qualifying criteria include being a Matric/Grade 12 with English as a first or second language and Maths or Maths Literacy. Candidates must be a South African citizen, between the ages of 18 and 25 years, and reside in or close to the area where the opportunity is available. They should not have previously participated in any SETA funded initiative and should not be participating in any post Matric studies or formal employment.
Applicants must upload their CV, certified ID, and matric certificate and/or statement. They will not be permitted to participate in any post Matric studies or other initiatives while on the MMC Learnership programme. The closing date for applications is September 30, 2024, and no late applications will be accepted.
