The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals and other business analysts, to deliver effective solutions. The role requires the ability to write and interpret data queries, analyze large data sets, and use tools like QlikView, PowerBI, Excel, SQL, and Databases to analyze data and develop solutions. Visual representations of current and future processes will be created, and professional process workshops will be conducted to gather information and identify risks. Project improvements will be identified, developed, and implemented, and process metrics, reports, and control points will be created. Root cause analysis will be carried out, and business process mapping systems such as Visio, Blueprint, Bizagi, and Microsoft Suite will be used. The role also involves designing data retrieval, storage, and distribution solutions, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle, and building analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline. The role also involves creating and maintaining sophisticated CI/CD pipelines, automating tasks through appropriate tools and scripting technologies, debugging existing source code, and assembling large, complex data sets that meet business requirements. The role also involves assembling and managing the data pipeline, building infrastructure to automate high volumes of data delivery, and creating data tools for analytics and data science teams. The role ensures designs and solutions support the technical organization principles of self-service, repeatability, testability, scalability, and resilience.
