This Learnership offers a nationally recognized NC: Wealth Management NQF Level 5 qualification, combining structured learning with practical experience in the Financial Services industry. The role involves completing tasks efficiently, supporting financial planning and learning specialists, conducting research on financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes, gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, organizing and maintaining a database of training materials, collecting feedback, participating in brainstorming sessions, staying informed about financial advising and wealth management trends, actively participating in professional development, and engaging with experienced CFPs and learning and development practitioners for guidance and mentorship. Personal attributes include innovative/critical thinking, attention to detail, strong research skills, time management, adaptability, and fluency in speaking and writing. Education and experience requirements include a minimum of Grade 12 and a minimum of 4 - 50% in maths, English, and maths literacy.
