As a trainee at a black-owned stockbroker firm, you will benefit from structured learning, mentorship, and hands-on experience. As part of the Coronation Catapult Programme, you will also receive power skills training in critical thinking, resilience, business communication, and coaching. Key responsibilities include addressing escalated matters, preparing reports, executing client orders, handling client queries, managing settlement processes, and monitoring Profit & Loss (P&L) on positions. The ideal candidate should have a degree in relevant fields such as BCom, BBus Sci, CFA, Actuarial Science, or Engineering. Strong numerical skills, the ability to perform under pressure, academic diligence, and familiarity with systems are essential attributes for success in this role.
