We blend theoretical learning of hard and soft skills with practical experience. Your learning journey will be supported through several rotations, where you will be exposed to the end-to-end life lifecycle of the CIB Technology business. This includes, learning about application and technology architecture processes through the disciplines of analysis, design, development, testing and deployment, as well as being exposed to the operations, maintenance, and support processes of live production environments.
Furthermore, we work on almost all technologies, and we are encouraged to give our business a competitive advantage. Some of the common technologies across CIB: JAVA, Angular, GO, C, C#, C++, AWS, AZURE, Salesforce, AKS, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes clustering, SQL (Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL Server, Mongo), Matlab, Source Code repositories (GIT, SVN), Bitbucket Server, GIT Lab, Source Tree, Agile framework (JIRA), Confluence Wiki, Scripting (Murex, Java, Shell, Unix), VBA.
