Izwe Africa Holdings is a South African-based investment company providing financial services in Ghana, Kenya, and Zambia. The company focuses on creating sustainable value and contributing to business growth in Africa by providing capital and expertise to help companies scale. They are currently looking for a young and energetic graduate to gain work experience in a corporate environment. This is a 12-month contract based in Sandton, South Africa. Applicants must reside within close traveling distance to Sandton Central.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the company
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining company records, files, and databases
  • Handle email correspondence and manage internal communications
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes
  • Support HR, finance, and other teams with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Assist in report preparation, data entry, and document formatting
  • Help coordinate company events, workshops, and training sessions
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly by managing supplies and logistics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (eg Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, etc)
  • Recent graduate or up to two years of work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Enthusiasm to take on new challenges and grow within the company
