We are seeking a skilled professional to manage system installations, configurations, and maintenance. This role involves planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of hardware, software, and operating systems while defining operational policies and procedures. Responsibilities include system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, and operating systems, and participating in system and software upgrades. Additionally, you will test and evaluate new software security policies, identify utilization patterns and their impact on system availability and performance, and maintain a balanced inventory to meet service department requirements. You will also manage the entire gamut of spare parts operations, including inventory control, warehouse management, and personnel management.
